I have the latest version of Adobe Premiere installed (v15.2). I'm able to save the premiere pro template into my library from the Adobe Stock website. I see it in the library in Premiere when I open up the program. However, I can't drag it on the timeline. There's a circle with a diagonal line whenever I try to move it. Help!

Are you trying to grab it from the separate Libraries panel, or by browsing that library in the EGP?

Yes I do. I looks like it's working properly if I go to the GRAPHICS panel and then drag and drop.

However, what's the point of libraries if I can't do it from there? That's so inefficient. Anywho, it seems to be working from ESSENTIAL GRAPICS.

The EGP panel shows your Libraries ... the same as if in the separate Libraries panel. You can set your browse view to one or more libraries and/or local folders.
