can't update to 14.4

In my creative cloud there's no update to PP 14.4

It's not visible in my list

Did you ever update your installation of the main Creative Cloud desktop app? If it has not been updated to a sufficiently up-to-date version, then the newest versions of all of the Creative Cloud programs, including Premiere Pro, will not show up at all until you do update the main Creative Cloud desktop app.

If it doesn't show up, then your hardware is just about end-of-life. That late 2013 MacBook Pro is about to be depreciated even further, to "Obsolete" support status, worldwide. The 14.4 version now requires much newer hardware than yours just to even install at all.
