I have already cancelled my Adobe Pr plan , today is my 7th day of free trial.But I still got a message from Adobe team telling me I have to pay my first month  . I am not sure about this way of contact ,if I should send a message in a different way please let me know .

These community forums are meant more for user-to-user help/advice on troubleshooting and discussing software. Other users can't help you with payment plans. Hope this helps.
