Cannot drag video into the timeline

i can't see my timeline

i uploaded a video but the drag in timeline don't work i can't make videos

the last time its work but now its desepear

First some lingo: uploading means transferring data from one computer to another.

In Premiere you import or ingest files (data).

You timeline does not work as you dont have a timeline to put clips in.

Reset workspace should do it.
