Hi,
I am a content creator for youtube and use permiere pro 2020 for editing all my videos.
But for the last few times I have had a problem when exporting this is the problem...
I export on H.264 Preset Youtube 1080p or sometimes High Bitrate. When I click export a pop up comes up saying... Error compiling movie, Export Error, Unable to create audio renderer.
The only way I have been to export my videos is removing the audio on my video and exporting it without it and putting on the audio on the only other software i have! iMovie! which makes my audio all out of time.
I have tried everything, the computer has the lastest divers, I have tried exporting just the audio and the same probelem comes up. I have used a different computer and it is still the same problem.
I use windows 10 and store everything, inculding my videos on an external portabal hard drive.
Please if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me, I am sick of it.
