Hi, everybody. I'm having big problem with my Premiere Pro. When I click my project, it cannot be opened. My Premiere Pro is stuck. And when I start new project, it can run. But when I drag my file into the timeline, there's a salmon color box " Matrix cannot be inverted ".
I have uninstalled and reinstall My Premiere Pro but it is still happened. I'm using Premiere Pro CC 2020. I tried to install Premiere Pro CC 2019. It can work well just one day. Today the same problem is still continued.
I have tried to delete Media cache using Preferences Menu. But the same problem is still continued.
I'm using Windows 10. My RAM is 32 GB.
What's going on?
