Canon R5 All-I choppy no matter what

Hi there, it seems 4K Fine All-I wont play smoothly on the timeline no matter what I do somtimes stalling for a few seconds. Even with low res proxies and setting the preview window res to 1/8th and turning of High Quality Playback off. I am able to play 8K RAW with the same settings just fine. My comper is a 8700K Intel with a 1080ti video card and 32gigs of ram. Should be enough. Is anyone having a simliar issue? 4K Fine IBP works fine.

I would like to add that ALL-I from my EOS-R plays fine but not from the R5.
