Hi, I cant play video on the preview panel at premiere pro cc 2015, I use intel i3-3240 processors in my computer and my drivers is upgraded, does premiere pro cc 2015 support my processor for the smooth working..thank you.
yes you're right but something is wrong with this machine, premiere cc 2015 does work in the other machine with amd processor, two computers are completely same..I upgraded intel drivers but nothing is changed.
