Captions are out of sync.

I want to set captions "out" timecode to 01:07:20, but somehow it goes to 01:07:10, so I try to drag the "out" to 01:07:20 in timeline section, but now it show the timecode is at 01:07:20 in captions.

It's driving me crazy, the time I want set is totally different, anyone know what's the problem?

Does your caption clip have the same framerate as your sequence and does it start at the beginning? The timecodes shown in the captions panel are relative to the captions clip, they don't necessarily match the sequence timecode.
