Captions- Black background does not align with text

Hi,

When using the new 2021 caption workflow in Premiere, the background doesn't align with the text, instead it's just a black box. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

- It's very noticebile how I get effected by it, especially since I became a mom- With 2021 captions

Yes, users requested this option as soon as the PR 2021 new caption workflow was released. It is in the Beta version (as of 15.3), butn ot in the latest release version (15.2).

The only workarounds I can see are time intensive.
