Is there any reason why, while editing captions, clicking the "Add Caption" button creates the new caption immediately after the last one, instead of at the play head?
Won't most people want to add a caption at the point in the video they are currently at when clicking that button? It's so tedious to move it there every time, especially since there is no snapping when moving captions through time line.
Which version of PR are you using? There was a major update for the current PR 2021. I assume you are using the previous version (PR 2020 or before), but want to be sure.
