Captions turn yellow after exporting

I have been editing a video and I added closed captions. In premiere they look white but when i export the video, it suddenly looks yellow? I almost didnt notice, but my client sent it back to me, asking for it to be fixed. I don't know if you can see it in the photo, but it has splotches of yellow. Please help!!

It looks like a possible resolution issue.

It could be that the fonts are small enough at the export resolution that the antialiasing or ghosting. the background may be bleeding into the font.
