Captions with Media Offline red screen - Adobe Community - 11292628

I have some captions over a video in Premiere but I have the dreaded Media Offline red screen so they are not showing. Any ideas how I can fix this?

It's ok, not sure why the files were showing offline but I right clicked on the file in the project panel and went to Link Media
