Change effects from 30 to 60 fps.

Hello!

This is my first post.

I created a wipe in a video 30 fps.

I then rendered the video again in 60 fps.

But the wipe was still in 30 fps.

How do I change the project to render in 60 fps?

it's the first video that sets it.

You need to change the sequence settings. You will find it in the menu bar.
