Changing the clip duration by typing in the amount frames?

remeber in fcp 7.0.3. you could maybe double click and change the length of the clip by typing a numerical number representing the desirable amount of frames. How do you do this in Premiere?

there may be a better way, but if you doubleclick on the clip in the timeline, it will load in the source monitor.  If you hit shift i or o, it will go to either the in or out and if you, for example, go to the in, hit -5 on the keyboard and then hit i to update the in point, the clip in the sequence should update.
