I tried to find the answer but can't.
I have background music on my timeline and I am placing video clips without audio on top. I accidentally placed one clip with the audio and it replaced the this audio replaced the background music. When I delete it a chunk of the music clip is also deleted. How do I get this missing piece back?

If this was the last thing you did, CMD or CTRL+Z will undo.
If not, assuming the clips to the left and right are unedited, you can simply drag to extend one side of the audio to the other to fill the gap.
