Cineform RGB 12 bits videos created with DaVinci Resolve doesn't import correctly on Premiere Pro

It's all in the title. I create a file in Da Vinci Resolve with the Cineform codec in RGB. Importing it back in Premiere Pro the data levels don't match (RGB is normally assumed as full data level) and there is always a green band on the right of the video.

Basically when imported, the file is set like a video range meaning washed out colors, shadows and highlights compressed. When switching the timeline or render to maximum bit depth then it recovers the full data range level but the green bar stays there.

Why this happens no matter tweaking full or video level on Resolve ?

The same importing issues goes on DNxHR with variable bitrate or with non mod16 heiht/width standard.

Is Adobe making this on purpose to not be compatible with files created on other softwares or what ???
