Clip keeps looping and can’t preview

Hey guys,

I'm working on a lot of footage from my GH5 but only a small amount of certain video clips keep on looping. The audio works fine but the video is just 2/3 second clip looping over and over and I can't preview the video. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi David,

Sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using. Is this happening with any specific project or with new projects as well? Also, have you tried clearing the cache and checked if f it's working properly?
