clip moved 10 frames back

I finished a project at the premiere, when I closed and opened it again all the clips moved 10 frames forward, but the cuts remained intact, only with the difference that the clip is now 10 frames late.

as it should behow is it

now i managed to solve with the rolling edit tool, but i don't know how to move all the clips forward
