Footage shot on a Canon C300. Version 15.0+ seems to be losing a color channel. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks!

Hi Clark4Brewtown,

We're sorry about the poor experience. This issue has been fixed in the latest version of Premiere Pro (v15.2). Please download the latest version of Premiere Pro from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Hope it helps.

Thanks,
Sumeet

Nice look!
Is this an existing project from a previous version? Does clearing the media cache help? I assume it's happening on all clips from this camera? Switch to software only mode in Project Settings - does this make any difference?

Hi Mike - thanks for the suggestions. I did switch to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only", but no luck. The puzzling issue is that other clips from the same camera - even shot on the same day - play fine. I cleared the media cache - also no luck.

Right click on clip in project panel and got to Modify>Interpret Footage...I assume the Color management section is greyed out? Also, if you load the clip in the source monitor, go to Effect Controls panel and check the left tab for any master clip effects?

It appears more like a hue angle shift rather than a channel missing.
