colors looking different

when i export my videos to my phone the colors look very different then when i see them on my laptop. It's not even a matter of the colors being a little bit more saturated i already know that. For example: if i edit something with a blue ish tint it looks like a different shade of blue on my phone. does anyone know any answers to this?
