This is a technical question not related to billing etc..

Does anyone know about these colour (red) patches that happen in premiere grading from GH5 vlog footage? Been trying to find out what is causing this or whether is an in-camera issue.

Attached 2 screen grabs from premiere monitor and one of the actual raw footage.

You'll see the patches on the boxes.

What is your GPU, and what driver are you using?

Hello and thank you very much for your message.

My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

I am using an external Lacie driver or the macbookpro harddrive, is that the driver you are refering to?

No, I wanted the GPU model and the driver being used by that GPU.

Premiere will have to be probably the 2019 version or even 2018 to work with that GPU. And they no longer allow downloads of them. From what I've seen with other GH5 V-log, this could be your problem.

Make sure your setting in the project settings dialog for Mercury Acceleration is set to Software Only.

A question though ... go to the Effects Control panel with a clip selected on the timeline. Check the MasterClip tab of the ECP. Is anything listed in that tab being applied to the clip?

And ... are you setting any LUT on that anywhere?
