Everytime I try to re-open my Premiere project I receieve a dialog box  saying "The project in this production were saved from a previous version of Premeire and must be converted. A copy of the production will be created for the conversions. The original production will not be modified."

But this project was creatd and saved in the same version of Premiere, no updates and changes. Nor was the project created within a Production.

When I select "Cancel" it brings me back to the Premiere Welcome page, when I hit "Convert" I recieve a "Directory Exists" dialog box that says "The upgraded production directory already exists", I select "OK" and it brings me back to the welcome page.

The only way to get back to my project is to open an auto-save project. When I save the auto-save project, close it, and re-open it I'm back to the first dialog box.
