Convert voice over from stereo to mono after recording?

HELP! I finished recording a million voice-over clips before realizing I could only hear them from one ear. Can I change them to mono from the timeline or do I have to start over by creating a mono voice-over track? When I try to edit via the modify>audio channels format options, it's greyed out. Is there another way? PLEASE GENIUSES!!!

Add the Fill left/right audio effect to your clips.
