could not find any capable video modules over rdp

I have a computer with premiere Pro installed that I used to remotely connect to with Microsoft remote desktop connection from my laptop and it worked fine for months. All of a sudden when I try to start Premiere Pro from the remote laptop I get an error message "could not find any capable video modules" but it works fine from the computer it is installed on. Any ideas?
