CPU and Disk usage Up and Down - After Effects

Hello fellow editors,

I imported my files that are on an M2 disk into premier in order to put the puzzle together, one of the clips needed a sky replacement in After Effects, I replaced the composition and changed the Sky in After effects, two problems arise:

- Premier playback on this clip is extremely slow (more than normal)
- When rendering the clip in the after effects, the CPU and the disk where the files are located create a wave pattern, you can check the print below.

Any ideas?
