Crash when open recent project

Can someone help. As soon as I updated new version. My recent projects crashes immediately. HELP..

More information about your setup would be useful ... but start with this.

Launch Premiere Pro without opening any existing project i.e start with a brand new project.

Then import your old project into this new project. Use the import function in Media Browser inside Premiere Pro or via the > File Menu > Import. You'll get a choice on what to import - either the whole project ot one sequence, start with whole project and see how you go.
