So in the middle of editing a video, adobe crashed. It didnt let me save my work or anything. Is there a way to fix this. It wouldnt be a issue, but its 4 hours of editing down the drain if there isnt a way to recover this. Please let me know.

try to open the latest autosaved file...
practice developing the habit of saving more than 1 project file, this won't take much space,
also delete your media cache and render files from time to time, and avoid editing footage
located on external drives, don't save project files on externals, keep those external stuff for backups only...
