Crashes everytime I try and change sequence settings?

Hi,

After importing just one clip...when I go to sequence settings to try and adjust the frame rate to 25fps instead of ther 50fps of the clip...the program crashes? Im on windows 10 and have a powerfule computer.

The prgram is unusable...please help.
