Crashes on opening project file in Premiere Pro 14.3.1

Hi Kevin, hope youre doing great today . Recently I´ve downloaded the creative cloud (latest version) and I´m having many troubles with Photoshop and Premier I desactivate the graphic procesor in PS in order to use the program. Yesterday I was using Premier and it works fine but today crashes when I try to open the file. I dont know what to do to fix this. Could you please help me on this?
