Crashing at loading importerqicktime.prm

I'm coming up on some deadlines for editing, and adobe premiere no longer works on my computer. I've tried every solution I could find. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything several times, I ran as administrator, I made a new computer profile. I'm at a complete loss. I'm running out of time, and I need to use this software. Can anyone help?
