i am not getting biterate info and it is inavailable 

what the heck am I supposed to do with a 7gb video idk

We peers users aren't omniscient, and your short post doesn't give us any idea of even where to start helping. So giving us a fully detailed post of your computer system, your media and what created it and where it's stored on your computer, plus what you're doing when it crashes would get us to a starting point.
