Crashing when Clips Preview & Move to Timeline

Essentialy, everytime i import a file. Adobe crashes upon the preview being shown or the file being dragged into the timeline. Files are .MOV

 

PC Specs- Windows 10 up to date, all drivers up to date.

 

i5 9600k at 4.9ghz

Nvidia RTX 2060

16gb Ram

 

Lost at what to do now.

Make sure you graphics card has the latest driver (451.77)

Post screenshot of clip in media info in treeview.

What is your disk setup.

I use two drives, an SSD for Small apps and OS then HDD for everything else, any footage crashes it. Even using the Adobe sample stuff from the learn workspace. It used to work fine. Didn't use it for a few months now it won't.

Yes all up dated, tried both studio and gaming drivers. I doubt it's the GPU as it used to work fine.
