Hey Everyone!

I have a MacBook Pro M1 Chip, for the last week premier pro has been crashing constantly. As soon as i open a project on the timeline it begins to loads, and becomes completely impossible to work on. This has been happening on all projects. I have tried a few solutions such as updating software, optimising performance on premier pro, and removing project from hardrive to desktop and it is still crashing.

is there anything i can do to resolve this?

Sorry for the trouble. Can you share more information?

  • Could you share your system details like OS, RAM?
  • Which version are you using?
  • Are you getting any error codes or messages?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Hey,
Thanks for getting back to me

The MacOS is 11.4
RAM is 8GB
I am using Premier Pro Version 15.2.0(Build 35).
I have not received any sort of messages about an error. When i access a project it opens on the Lumetri Colour Panel, and then begins to have the Apple loading sign that unable me to work on the project. It becomes impossible to work on and leaving the last solution to force quit the program.

Thank you
