Create bounce effect in premiere easily?

I want to add bounce effect in premiere.

Most tutorials I see in youtube requires manually entering keyframes position/scale. This could be very tedious because I want this for scale, x position, y position, rotation. And double the effort if I want a different bounce rate.

Is there a way to generate these keyframes programmatically?

That is correct: manually setting keyframes or find a Bounce preset (Motion Array).

Best is to do this in Ae.
