Been using this version for quite a few years off and on but had suddenly developed an issue. Am unable to use anything in the Effects panel - when I try and drag something onto the time line from the Effects panel I get a white hand with a white circle outlined in black and a black line through it. Googled this and tried lots of things but no luck!
Have done that - numerous time - tried loads of different effects - same thing. Closed and reopened, restarted machine etc. No luck. Will try restarting etc again. Thanks for your help!
