curved boundry on Videos (Adobe Prem)

So I want to have a curved rectangle/boundry around my videos similair to this.

How can i do this?

You can mask out your video's opacity, and then draw a shape around it, but it will be tedious in Premiere. This is best done in After Effects, you can simply create a rectangle shape and mask out your video. Or you can render the border and bring it into Premiere.

Nest the main sequence into a new sequence so that you only have one video track in the new sequence.

Then apply the Roughen Edges effect to the video track with these settings and you will have that:
