Custom Bin in effects missing again

Hello,

my saved effects, which I have stored in a separate effects "bin", are no longer present. So the folder is no longer visible. I only saved Adobe effects there for better accessibility. No effects of my own.

Also, saved presets are missing. I had created my own effect there and also installed third party effects.

I have also read posts that I can find missing "presets" under Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro or Documents/Adobe/Media Encoder. I can't find anything here that I would recognize by name though.

I have Adobe Premiere Pro version 15.1.0 (build 48).

Does anyone have any idea where I can find these?

I have 3 directories in the Premiere Pro directory: 12.0, 14.0 and 15.0.

I assume that these are the different versions and I need to copy something from 14.0 to 15.0. But what?
