After trying to buy a subscription to Premiere Pro I was prompted (in the payment tab) to cancel my Premiere Rush subscription. the prompt read "In order to upgrade to Premiere Pro plan, we have to cancel your current Premiere Rush plan (Monthly plan) subscription". I did cancel the rush subscription over a month ago however I am still not able to purchase Premiere Pro and still receive the same prompt. Please help!
