I am creating a Blu-ray with three audio tracks (German, English and Spanish).

What do I have to do that German audio is selected by default?

You mean Preferences/Timeline and then audio and subtitle language? What about, when the subtitle should be off by default? What do I have to select then?

In the "specify link" options, you can specify subtitles as "off."

Yes, that,'s right Stan Jones. I have 3 audio tracks and 5 subtitles. I could go into my created subtitle menu and select "off" before starting the movie. That works so far. But I have a problem, when the disc menu starts the first time and I select "start movie". Then the movie starts with a subtitle. I want that it starts without subtitle without that I have to select "off" in the subtitle menu before.

In the Flowchart tab, select the disk. In the Properties Panel, you will find Set Audio and Set Subtitle. You can set the default audio TRACK and subtitles to "Off."
