Degraded images after export. Help!

Hello Everyone,

When I export my master from PPCC as a ProRes 422HQ master I get this horrible posterizing when I play back in Quicktime, VCL, and even Vimeo. This is a feature film and I need the quality I see in PP to be maintained outside the software.

PLEASE HELP

Quicktime and VCL playabck the material perfectly as long as PPCC is open. Once it is closed...this distorted image is what I have.
