Dehummer doesn't work

Hi there

I have a problem with the Dehummer sound effect. Once that close the app, the effect is still on the clip but the correction that I applied to it disappears. This happens to differenti project. And yes, I save and rendered the all . How can i solve this?

Please try these rebooting steps in premiere and check if it helps.

• Reset app preferences:  FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences in Premiere Pro?
• Clean cache files: FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?

Did you ever find the solution to this problem? I'm having trouble with Dehummer too. My settings for it get completely erased. I save and close...but the next time I open it back up...it gets like, wiped. 

Anyone, help!?

Hi Dana,

I didn`t solve the problem but I made a compromise between Denoise and Expander in Dynamics. The customer service didn`t give me any relevant advice.

Apologies for this deeeelayed response. But thank you very much. I keep testing different options out. Can't remember if one of them was Expander in Dynamics. But will definitely look again. 🙂
