DeHummer Effect resets to 0 when re-opening the project

I know this issue has been on other posts but I wanna highlight it again.

Every time I re-open the project the dehummer effect resets. It would be fine if it was few audio clips, but I have a lot of them. Re-applying the effect on all every time I open the file is ridiculous.

I have update Premiere to its latest and the issue is still there. I've tried re-installing, resetting the setting, etc.. None have worked.

Adobe has ignored the previous posts. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Hi there,

We appreciate you writitng in. Could you share more details related to the issue where the effect resets on reopening the project/application.

  • What are you system info(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)?
  • Does it happen only with DeHummer effect?
  • Could you share a video recording? We'd like to reproduce the issue and share it with the product team here so that they can look into this.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Shivangi
