Digital zooms and Scaling not translating in project file

My client has premiere 13.1.5, I have Premiere 2021 V15 and when I open the project file in the 2021 version none of the sizing or digital zoom translate??? 

He was using proxy files and I am relinking the RAW files. But when I relink none of the sizing comes through correcly. I have the preserve feature turned on as well.

Please help with advice.

did you try to reset the preferences?

is your client using GPU acceleration or software Only Rendering?

let your client go to project settings and set renderer to Software Only,

set the same on your machine.. let us know where that ends.
