DirectX 12 isn't showing up for me in Premiere Pro 15.2

I've update to 15.2 and the option for DirectX 12 isn't showing up for me.

Everything up to date, but only OpenCL shows up.

There's some setting I need to change?

Nothing to change as far as I can tell; Here is the release note:  It implies that DX12 replaced OpenGL, and it ONLY switches back to OpenGL if DX12 is not available.  But I'm not 100% sure - that's how I read the notes.
