Distorted video whne using Color correct Lumetri Color curves

I have updated my premiere pro and it is all current.  Version 14.3.1  When using the curve tool or trying to add a vignette my video degrades.  I have never seen this before.  I have used the lumetri color tools often.

This is a known issue with Nvidia latest driver. That was reported around a month ago, not sure if they released a patch since then If you have the latest driver, roll back a version or 2. Always do so from the manufacturer website

No need to roll back, this was fixed by Nvidia a while ago so the latest driver works.
