Downloading older versions.

So I have premiere pro on my laptop but my laptop is too old and crappy to use the software. I did some digging and found out how to download older versions but realized that they only go so far back to 2019 where i need 2017/18 is there any solution?

Unfortunately, this is all due to the change in availability policy which went into effect on May 8 of last year (2019). Adobe now officially restricts older version availability via the Creative Cloud desktop app to the two most recent major versions of all of the Creative Cloud programs.

In other words, if one were to follow Adobe's policies, he would have to buy newer hardware in order to continue using any given Creative Cloud program. That includes Premiere Pro.

Officially, through Creative Cloud app, you will not be able to download/access older versions of CC apps, only the last two versions:

There are some legal reasons for that from what I read on adobe website.
