Dragging in Project window not working in latest release

Cannot drag any items ( to bins ) in Project Window in latest release of Premiere Pro ( 14.5.0 ) in Windows 10.

That's definitely the issue. My keyboard shortcuts aren't working either. Have 3 monitors so unfortunately their fix is no use. Thanks for the link.

Try to change to list view

If you are using "undocked" or floating panels, that's also a problem. Dock them to move things.
