Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and your source properties and sequence settings.

Windows 10. Premiere Pro 2020. RAM 16GB. Nvidia Geforce. 

I don't understand what you mean with sequence settings. He probado con proyectos anteriores en los que sí lo había hecho (en versiones anteriores) y ahora no puedo hacerlo.

make the timeline active and go to the sequence menu and choose "sequence settings."

If things were working ok before the update, revert to the previous version
