Duplicate Preview Icons

Hi all!

I've been having trouble recently with my Project Files visually duplicating in the project box, curious if anyone else has come across this.

The files aren't physically duplicating and creating copies, but when scrolling through the project files the previews will immediately glitch out and start duplicating visually.

In the above photo, you can see the selected photo is not what's being previewed.

This issue still allows work to be done it just forces me to check each individual file for what they are, instead of being able to see them clearly.

I've gone back to an older project file and this glitch still occurs, so I imagine the project is corrupted, just wondering if anyone had a workaround before I resort to restarting the project file from scratch.

Before opening a project:
Delete Media Cache:

Unfortunately, this is still occurring, even with deleting the media cache.

Have since switched to the latest version of Premiere Pro and that seems to have resolved things.
